MNB Artistry Policy:
MNB Artistry retains the exclusive copyrights to all original images, artwork, and graphic designs. The unauthorized manipulation, alteration, or secondary use of any images or designs is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. All prices are subject to change based on location or a request for additional services. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a date for all photoshoots and events. For all other art-related commissions, an invoice will be issued for the specific services requested.
We'll hold access to the galleries or final deliverables until the remaining balance is paid in full. Failure to settle outstanding balances may result in further action.
All clients are allotted a 5–10 minute grace period. Failure to communicate with the photographer regarding delays or absences may result in the immediate cancellation of your session. Shoots or event coverage may be rescheduled. In these instances, your deposit will be carried over to the new date.
